
Cottage Cheese Chips
Ingredients
- 5.3 ounces 4% Cottage cheese
- 1 ounce Parmesan cheese shredded
Instructions
- Mix the cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese well. Drop ½ teaspoon fulls on a small piece of parchment paper, 4-6 mounds of mixture at a time. Microwave for 2-3 minutes or until just lightly brown and crisp.
- Let cool before removing from parchment paper. Repeat with remaining cottage cheese mixture.
