These light and crisp chips are a real treat. The hardest part of making them is to not eat them all at once! You can also make them plain without the Parmesan cheese if you prefer. The time needed in the microwave will vary depending on your microwave wattage. Make only 4-6 at a time for best results. You can add seasoning such as Ranch or cheese powder to the mix before microwaving or season the chips after they are done.
Mix the cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese well. Drop ½ teaspoon fulls on a small piece of parchment paper, 4-6 mounds of mixture at a time. Microwave for 2-3 minutes or until just lightly brown and crisp.
Let cool before removing from parchment paper. Repeat with remaining cottage cheese mixture.
