Low Carb Pumpkin Spice Latte

Pumpkin Spice and everything nice!

Yeah, I know that Starbucks has rolled out their sugar laden fall fiasco, and I’ve got ya. WE’VE got this!

In fact, I’m going to be sharing pumpkin spice recipes with you all month long–we’ve got a pumpkin spice margarita, a muffin, some fudge, and maybe even a few surprises.

Let’s start with the Pumpkin Spice Latte. No FOMO, just whip up your own DIY that will taste even better than the expensive sugary stuff.  

For the Spice:
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg

For one cup pumpkin spice latte:
1 1/2 cups coffee (bonus for pumpkin spice flavored coffee)
2 tablespoons pumpkin (don’t get the pumpkin pie stuff, get pure canned pumpkin)
2 tablespoons heavy cream (coconut cream for dairy free)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp spices (from above)
1 tablespoon butter

Mix in Ninja, blender, etc until frothy
