I made this first time excellent. Made it again and the sweetner had turned into little tiny white balls when I went to eat it.. I measured exactly and made couple more…they were gritty. Couldn’t eat them. I made chocolate. I noticed when I received my sweetner it had balled up in the bag so I had to search for the smooth areas. What could have gone wrong?
