If you’re following along on the 28-day guide in Keto Living Day by Day, we’re starting week 2 on Monday! The first week has been GREAT fun, and I love the progress that folks have made so far. Now, I know that it’s a holiday week, so you may need to adjust this menu to fit your celebration plans.
If you’re looking for foods to take to a get-together, the Homecoming Broccoli Salad (page 350), and Taco Bake (page 312) are well-loved by carbivores. You could also share the guacamole (page 205) and the Simple Salsa Fresca (page 206) at a picnic buffet.
There are other great recipes for sharing in the Small Bites chapter of the book on pages 256-273. Favorites like Swedish meatballs (page 262) or Baked Spinach Bites (page 269) are great for sharing. Cold dishes for hot summer days are always my preference, so I like to serve Ham and Cheese Deviled Eggs (page 266) or Buffalo Chicken Deviled Eggs (page 265). It’s also fast and easy to throw together an Antipasti platter (page 268) or Smoked Salmon Cucumber Bites (page 273)
