This is a great recipe for any large gathering or for a simple dinner eaten as a main dish. This recipe uses ground beef and Mexican chorizo for an out of this world skillet bake. Serve it with fresh avocado, salsa or pico, and sour cream. You can also serve this with my High Protein Chicken Crackers as an awesome appetizer or dip. This is a high protein version of the Skillet Taco Bake that was first shared on my YouTube channel back in September 2015!

Notes
I recommended Niman Ranch brand of chorizo because it does not have any undesirable fillers that can affect the carb count. If you use a different brand, your nutrition information will vary.
