The Classic Keto Iced Coffee

No espresso machine??

No problem! I felt bad after sharing my iced coffee from my espresso machine because not everyone has a machine.

So I decided to figure out how to make a delicious iced coffee without any old espresso machine.

Here ya go! 😘😘😘 Keto Iced Coffee

You could try different variations but I like this.

8 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond milk

2 tablespoons heavy cream

2 tablespoons instant espresso powder (Walmart has the brand I used and in the picture)

1 teaspoon cocoa powder (optional)

2 tablespoons warm water

1 tablespoon sweetener

Dash vanilla extract (optional)

Crushed Ice

Add the almond milk, heavy cream, and espresso powder to a glass and mix well. In a small bowl, mix the warm water, cocoa powder, and sweetener until well dissolved, making a thick syrup. Omit the cocoa powder if you want, but dissolve the sweetener in the water. Add the mix to the almond mix and stir in the vanilla extract. Stir or blend in ice. Enjoy!

  1. I make a granita version of iced coffee. I do it by simplifying your whipped coffee recipe. My memory is awful so I rounded the ingredients to 2 tablespoons each of hot water, sweetener, coffee powder.Once dissolved I pour into blender over crushed ice then add one cup of almond milk and heavy cream mix then give it a whirl. Makes two servings. Top with a squirt of whipped cream. Yum
