Football Season or Crowd Pleaser: Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is super, super easy and is perfect for winning over friends and family! You can add bacon, more spice–make it your own!

For this recipe I made a HUGE batch for a family get together. Here’s the recipe:

3 large cans of chicken (or use fresh, cooked chicken)
2, 8-ounce packages of cream cheese (softened)
2 tablespoons dehydrated onion (or use fresh)
2 teaspoons of onion juice (optional)
1/2 cup of buffalo wing sauce (Frank’s or Moore’s or your favorite brand–add more if you like it spicy!)
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or 2 cups of blue cheese)
1 cup of Ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)

Mix cream cheese and chicken until well combined. Add additional ingredients and mix well. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 or 375 for about 20-30 minutes. It should be lightly browned and bubbly.

Serve with celery sticks, pork rinds, low carb flat bread, or enjoy it with a spoon!

Thanks Kristie! However I don’t normally buy canned chicken and have no idea how many ounces a large can is. Thanks!

Use about 3 cups or rotisserie chicken or 1 lb chicken cooked.
