Ranch dressing and Ranch dip are my favorites for fresh veggies, but I wanted to reduce the fat somewhat and add a little more protein than my traditional high fat Ranch dip offers. By swapping in some Good Culture cottage cheese for some of the mayo, using Fairlife milk and bone broth in place of cream, I lowered the fat without sacrificing flavor. David, who is not a fan of cottage cheese, happily devoured this lower fat option with no complaints. By blending the cottage cheese, you can easily pass this off as a traditional Ranch dip.
