One of the BEST parts about living keto for me is living keto with others! I love eating keto, talking keto, teaching keto, and preaching keto. It’s what I do!
While much of my outreach is through my two books, Journey to Health, and Living Keto Day by Day, or through my closed Facebook group, Low Carb Journey and my YouTube channel, Cooking Keto with Kristie, or my Diet Doctor work, I also set aside time to travel and connect with my people.
Here’s a quick list of what I’ve planned for the remainder of 2018.
Saturday, July 21. Keto Living Workshop in Lawrenceville, GA. You can register here: https://acfoshee.wufoo.com/forms/w1whgvj60rqx1k2/ It’s a three-hour workshop all about enjoying a ketogenic lifestyle long-term. If you’ve struggled with staying consistently keto, this workshop is especially for you!
Sunday, July 22. Join us for a ketogenic meal among friends. We’re having a potluck at Progressive Medical. While registration is free, we do ask that folks register so that we have an accurate headcount. Space is limited.
Thursday, July 26- Sunday, July 29. Low Carb USA conference in San Diego. Y’all, I had the time of my life there last year, and I don’t expect this year to be any different. I met Gary Taubes, whose book, Why We Get Fat saved my life! In fact, I was able to get a photo of me standing between Gary Taubes and Dr. Eric Westman, whose diet plan is in the back of Taubes book. Swoon!! I also got to meet and work with the Diet Doctor team (love them!) as well as many other amazing folks like Dr. Sarah Hallberg. Really looking forward to the event and especially honored to be a speaker. You can save $100 off the registration fee using the code, Kristie.
September 22. Adapt Your life event in Roxboro, NC. Oh boy, is this gonna be a good time! I’ll be speaking that day with some pretty awesome keto folks including Dr. Eric Westman, Amy Berger, and Casey Durango! Please come see me!
October 19-20th. Low Carb Kansas City Again, I’ll be sharing the stage with some pretty impressive people! Not sure how I got included, but I’m thrilled to be among like-minded people running on ketones. I’ll be signing books and may be cooking up a thing or two. Join me!
October 26-27 and November 9 and 10. While registration isn’t yet open, I’ll be hosting cooking classes (and so much more!) in my home base of Pinehurst, NC. Stay tuned! You won’t want to miss these special weekends as we learn about how to Stay Keto over the Holidays!
December 5th, 2018 No details yet, but I’ll be on another book tour!! Hard to believe but my third book, Keto Gatherings is slated to release on December 5th. I cannot wait to share many of the very best of my recipes.
