KETO LIVING - 160 x 600 - IMAGE 1-2Finally! My second book, Keto Living Day by Day, is complete and will be available next month!  While it’s taken far longer than I expected, this book also has far more content than I ever imagined.  The book is written in three sections:

  • An introduction to keto that includes what to eat, shopping lists, a guide to portions, meal plans, navigating social challenges, eating in restaurants (stay SAFE!), and ways to monitor progress that go well beyond the scale (mile markers of success)
  • A four-week 28-day guide with daily devotionals to get you through the common struggles in adapting to keto.  Each week, you will have weekly checklists along with homework to keep you focused.  Each day, I’ll greet you with a new story, and a special thought “Just for Today” to help you conquer that day keto strong!
  • Last, there are over 130 recipes targeted at people who may not love to cook, but who love to eat!  With few exceptions, nearly every ingredient can be sourced in local grocery stores, with nothing to order online.  Many of the recipes can be made in 30 minutes or less, which is so important in our over-scheduled lives.

This book was written with one intent–to  help others to not struggle, and I sincerely hope that it helps you or someone you love!

  5. I need help with Keto! It makes sense to me; I believe in all of it, but I haven’t been able to make it work. I’m sure I’m doing things wrong. I only need to lose 15-20, so I’m thankful but frustrated. Something has to change.
