Fortunately there are several fantastic resources both online and in books that can either help you learn more about this way of eating or learn how to cook wonderful low carb foods.  Whether you want to find recipes, review sample eating plans, learn more about the science, or hear from real people who have had success, it’s generally there online or in print.  Here are just a few of my favorites in each of those categories.  Please see also

There are so many others that I simply adore!  I’m very grateful to each of these bloggers, doctors, nutritionists, etc. for providing free information that helps so many people every day.  I’ll try to update this list a I remember (or discover) other wonderful resources.

  2. all, thank you for all of the information, recipes, etc. that you share! I’m beginning my KETO journey and am wondering if you can clarify something for me as I have not seen it directly addressed in any of the books that I’ve been reading. How do “net carbs” figure in, and if I’m looking at a recipe that gives just net carbs in the nutritional information, is that what I use in my tracking?
