  1. Hi! I was wondering if you could share with me your favorite pie crust recipe for low carb quiche and also for pies. I have been looking at different ones and they all have mixed reviews. You have so many great videos and recipes, I figured you might know a great one!

    • Hi Cherie! I love to cook and I do have a few “go to” crusts for sweet or savory recipes. For savory, I love the recipe I used in the tomatoe pie recipe that I just posted. It’s basically equal parts parmesan cheese and almond flour (1 cup of each). Add 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of fat (coconut oil, ghee, butter, bacon fat, tallow, etc.), 1/4 tsp salt. Mix well and press into a pie plate. I’ll link to sweet graham cracker crust and lchf “pie” crusts next.
