Bring the broth to a boil on medium high heat in a 1 ½ quart saucepan. Add the onion and garlic powder.
As the broth boils, slowly pour in the beaten eggs, adding just a bit at a time and stirring as the eggs are added. When all of the egg has been added and is cooked, remove from heat. Pour into a serving bowl.
Top with the sesame oil, coconut aminos, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
Notes
When using prepared broth, look for brands that have few ingredients. You want to avoid potato starch, maltodextrin, sugary, corn syrup, or other added carbs.
