Mix all ingredients together in an airtight container. A pint sized mason jar is perfect for this.
To make lemonade, mix two tablespoons of the mixture with 16 ounces of cold water. Pour over ice.
Feel free to use more or less of the mixture or to adjust the amount of water and ice to your liking.
Notes
*We use an erythritol and stevia blend for the sweetener. Feel free to use your preferred granulated sweetener or to use a liquid sweetener instead. We’ve had no problems with the sweetener dissolving in cold water, but if you do, try using liquid sweetener. In addition, these are the ratios that we enjoy. You may need to try using less, or more, sweetener, or using less or more of the mix with water. Here is the link for the lemon powder I use. Here is a link to citric acidif it's not something you've purchased before; if it's canning season you can also find it in your local stores with canning supplies.
